Need to Find Perfect Plush Baby Doll?

My 18 month old niece loves to cuddle and loves soft plush toys. I wanted to get her, her first baby doll, but I can't find one that is totally plush without the plastic head/face. The ones I do find are kinda scary looking. Anyone with kids have something along these lines that there baby loved? And can give me a good review of? Thanks.
