What is the name of a range of collectible plastic bears made by Russ?

They are from the 90's, about 5-6" tall standing upright with movable arms, legs and head.

They were dressed in different outfits such as santa, musketeer, ballerina, little bo peep, aladdin etc.

They were quite collectible at the time but I don't think they exist anymore, I have about 15 of them that I'm trying to sell but I have no idea what they were called.

I was told they could be "Cherish Teddies" but these were made from ceramic, the ones I have are plastic, they have a similar face though.
