The heartbeat option for Build a Bear, does anyone know if it affects the squeeze-ability of the bear?

I am looking to purchase a very adorable bear from Build a Bear for a girl of mine. Something she asked for that she could hold at night and squeeze. I saw the heartbeat option, and it sounded like a great option. My problem is that I don't know what kind of sound device they have to add to get that heartbeat. If it's some giant sound box that will kill the squeeze-factor of the bear, then I don't want it. Also, I don't even know how realistic the heartbeat sound is either. Does anyone have a bear with this feature that can either recommend or not recommend this option?

I have the sound in one of mine. It is relaxing, realistic and does not affect the 'squeeze-ability' It's actually very small. I'm 12 and I love sleeping with mine because it's soooo relaxing. The heart costs $5 and fits in your hand easily. Ask them to put it on the right side of the chest where the human heart is and it's sooo cool it's very realistic hope this helps!!!!!!
