Boyds Bear came w/ a jar of cookie mix but no recipe for how to make the cookies....?
I was given a gift, a Boyds Bear, the bear was attached to a jar which contains oatmeal, cranberries, brown sugar, and i think flour, and problay some other ingredients(i dont have the jar in front of me right now), but it had no instructions on how to make the cookies. Now the Bear's name is Truly B. Scrumptious and she's from the Head Bean Collection. I have been searching the internet and have yielded no positive results. I'm wonderin why they would not have a copy of the recipe.
I don't have the recipe for what you are needing but I would assume you would need to add an egg and maybe shortening or butter. I know some Mastermixes come with the shortening in them already so the maker of your cookie mix could have it mixed into the flour.
The way to solve this mystery is to go to Bisquick.com and find a recipe there for cookies because I'm sure your flour mixture will be similar to the Bisquick mixture. If their recipe calls for eggs or butter, then you will need it as well. Your package has all the seasoning it needs so you won't need that or things like baking soda or baking powder.
That's all I can recommend and I'm sure it will make a pretty good cookie.
