Am i supposed to get him something for our first month? What should i get for valentines day for him?

my guy and i have been together for 3 weeks and next week is one month and valentines day

hes the one who brought it up first
he remembers the date he asked me out
and shows that he cares about me

I'm thinking about getting him maybe a teddy bear and some chocolates since i cant think of anything else

what if he gets me something for our first moth anniversary and i don't?
will i look bad or careless?
because i care about him alot
the day after our one month is valentines day...which i think well go somewhere like the mall

I never celebrated or got gifts for every month with my boyfriend, we only celebrated our 1 year by going out to dinner. But do what you feel is best.
