However there were some odd things about the doll that I found offputting. The mask is literally stuck into the top of Barbie's head so it will slide up and down which first off is strange, and secondly does not allow the mask/crown to be removed. The legs are dyed pink also so even if she wants to change the doll's outfit she is still stuck with pink legs and a crown through her head...and isn't changing outfits the most fun thing about Barbie?? Also as many other reviewers have stated, the skirt/cape is held on with the tiniest piece of velcro imaginable. My daughter doesn't usually even bother with it because she knows it will fall off. I think Mattel could have sprung for a slightly larger piece of velcro. And as almost everyone else has stated the sword breaks after about 5 minutes if you are lucky to have that long. <br />While my daughter loves her Musketeer, I feel like Mattel rushed to make this doll and did not really test it out or consider how it would be played with.
