How to become a porcelain doll for Halloween?
I’m basically looking to be a porcelain doll, think Victorian era or gothicish loltia. I think I have a dress to make it work, but everything else [headpiece, makeup, anything else dollish] I need help with! I also have ballet flats with little bows on them that I was going to use for shoes.
If you know any sites to make a headpiece or where I can buy them, that'd really help! Or even if you see a dress that'll really make the costume complete, that'd help a lot, too!

all the porcelain dolls ive ever seen have the big victorian dresses like this

or even more common is the corset dresses
to make it more youthful & comfortable, get a corset & a skirt, at least knee length. blue, burgundy, green. something like that
then wear really caked on light make up, not white but the lighest shade the store sells, usually called ivory.
dont use too much eyeliner just thin and maybe false eylashes or mascara.
use a lot of blush on the higher part of your cheekbones.
get a spiral curling iron if you dont already have one
and curl all your head [the spiral curling iron gets those almost fake-looking ridiculous banana curls. brush them out or seperate them a little, not too much that you'll ruin it. take the top half of your hair like your making a half pony tail and sort of plop it on the top of your head like a bun and pin it down
like marie-antoinette style but not huge on top.
