why do people have bedwetting when they take a glass of soft drink or milk before sleep at night ?
is it due to phsycological factors or hereditary?
Basically bedwetting or getting up to go to the bathroom at night is caused by not getting into deep sleep. Your bodily functions that process liquids should shut down when you are sleeping. If you have restless sleep, they do not and your kidney functions and fills your bladder. Older people generally do not sleep well, and get up to go to the bathroom often. I used to do this when I had sleep problems. Being able to get into a deep sleep stops the problem.
Milk before bed - an hour or so before is better - should help you sleep because it has tryptophan which helps your brain make chemicals that let you sleep. Soft drinks, especially soft drinks with no-calorie sweeteners are terrible at night because they make the opposite brain chemicals - the ones that make you awake and alert and keep you from getting into a deep sleep. Stay away from caffeine and artificial sweeteners in the afternoon and evening.

Sometimes, your windows will have labels or tape on the glass. Alcohol-based cleaners can remove label and tape adhesive that can be left behind from these labels. Be sure to test the cleaner on a small portion of the glass first. After this is removed, thoroughly wet the glass and rinse with plain water.
Glass can be easily cleaned with regular or other ammonia-based glass cleaners. Windex and similar glass cleaning products are ideal.
Vinyl (PVC) products can be cleaned with a solution of mild soap and water. For heavier cleaning tasks, the window manufacturer recommends commercially advertised household cleaners. Use any non-abrasive cleaner for tough jobs, avoiding Soft Scrub and similar abrasive products, which may cause damage. Do not use solvents, paint removers or sharp objects to clean your windows and patio doors.
If mildew is a problem in your home, use an appropriate cleaner or mildew controller found in any local retail store.
