Where can I find high heels for teddy bears?

I am looking for high heeled shoes that would fit an 18 inch tall teddybear or Build-A-Bear doll? Does anyone know where I might find such shoes? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

maybe you should go to toys r' us or something to find doll clothes. the other place is just the workshop i gess tho u already no that. it would make sense to find the size in real shoes if your that desperate.. but wut kind of baby wears heels? lol
