Anyone know how to make OOAK custom dolls?

Hello, I've asked this question before but....
I was wondering if anyone knows how to make ooak dolls? I've been wanting to make my own custom dolls. I'm more into the custom horror babies. I need to know what kind of oils, paints, mohair, doll, clay and concealer I need. Anything else I'm missing? I just need to know all the items I need.
