Doll-like fashion...?

I am 16, and I am obsessed with fashion. I love a lot of different styles and am kind of stuck with how I should dress so I am researching a couple of styles I could incorporate.

I would love some ideas for how to incorperate the doll-like look into my style.I collect porcelain dolls which is what gave me this idea. I would like ideas for clothes, accessories and colours. I don't mind standing out in what I wear, so don't worry about suggesting more extreme things, I can always tone them down.

I am also a good sewer, so I can make a lot of things myself.
