Collectible Barbies out of their boxes?
I collect Barbies, and all the ones I have are in the box, and i plan on keeping them that way but i was wondering how much less do barbies cost once they have been removed from the box? Say a Barbie NRFB is in mint condition and is worth $150, if she was out of the box but still in perfect condition, how much would she go for? Like is the price normally cut in half, or like a third?

The only pieces that would have any substantial value out of the box are the rare ones, those that collectors are looking for in any condition, because they are so rare. Otherwise, with no packaging, you're looking at a 80% or more reduction in actual, real market value, not 'book' value.
