1998-1999 ice skating barbie!?

i received a ice skating barbie for either my 3rd, 4th or 5th b-day, she was wearing a blue dress ( i think) and had white ice skates, she wasnt that winter fairy ice skater but if i saw a pic i would totally remember. she came with some accessory but i can't remember what..sorry not a lot of info but..i can't really remember =)
