Does anyone know where I can buy Barbie doll tailors dummy?
I want to make Barbie doll dresses for my grand daughter and would like a Miniature tailors dummy. Does anyone know where (if it exists) I can get at least one? Not a metal stand but an actual tailors dummy please.

Tantelis - thanks but I know what I want and why. You can't pin fabric on a plastic doll that is lying down. Tailors dummies are standing and you can put pins into the fabric easily. My grand daughter wants Barbie does not like Bratz! Overmade up and ugly.
I have never seen one or heard of one, but this suggestion may work:
I've made a "duct-tape dummy" model of myself. Perhaps you can use the same principle on the Barbie doll. You might have to cut the tape smaller than the width (for example: if the tape is 3inches wide, cut the width to half of that). I would use an old nylon on the Barbie doll before adding any tape so that you can cut the duct-tape dummy off easier. Then stuff the dummy with something soft, stick it on a stand and begin your sewing project. If I was looking for a Barbie tailor dummy and couldn't find one, I'd try making one from duct-tape.
