Carol Gili is sharing her one-bedroom Sioux Falls apartment with 1,000 stuffed animals. But it's not that she's a teddy bear fanatic. She's dedicated to collecting bears for the Haitian children affected by the earthquake a month ago. A teddy bear can offer comfort to a frightened child, says Gili, who was inspired to start the teddy bear drive as the magnitude of the tragedy unfolded.
